Meptagon’s Entwicklungsabteilung ist bekannt dafür, komplette Prozesssysteme zu entwickeln und hierbei die kleinsten Details nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren. Wir beginnen mit dem Prozess, indem wir sorgfältig die Anforderungen, Erwartungen, Grenzen, Probleme und Herausforderungen des Kunden untersuchen. Nachdem unsere Ingenieure alle relevanten technischen und betrieblichen Informationen wie Anlagenbeschreibung, erforderliche Produktionskapazität, Sicherheit und Umweltemissionen gesammelt haben, sind wir soweit, um mit dem Entwurf zu beginnen.

BIM – Building Information Modeling: Mit der Intergraph CAD Works Software erstellen wir ein sehr detailliertes 3D-Modell, das einen Überblick über die gesamte Anlage gibt. Die von CAD Works abgeleiteten Ergebnisse sind:

Anlagenlayout: zeigt die Gesamtfläche der Anlage, beschreibt den genauen Standort von Geräten und Ausrüstung wie z.B. Tanks, Wärmetauscher, Pumpen, Kessel, Destillationskolonnen usw.

Rohrleitungslayout: Zeigt die Draufsicht von Rohrleitungen sowie die Höhenniveaus von Anlagen, Rohrleitungen und Anlagenansichten.

3D-Modell: zeigt einen dreidimensionalen Überblick der Anlage.

Isometrische Zeichnungen: Jedes Rohr erhält eine detaillierte Zeichnung zur Fertigung.

Leistungsverzeichnis: Stücklisten für Ausrüstung, Rohrleitungen, Ventile und Instrumente.
