The Meptagon Group views the creation and implementation of an “Integrated Management System”, based on our quality guidelines, as a means of achieving the company’s objectives.

Compliance with the law

We undertake to act in compliance with all relevant laws, orders, regulations and legal requirements. The company’s management advocates a proactive approach in identifying the applicable requirements of the law and implementing them in the framework of our activities at all levels.

Maintaining the safety and health of our employees

We are committed to providing a safe, healthy and quality work environment, in which every possible effort is made to prevent accidents or incidents resulting in bodily injury, occupational diseases or damage to equipment. Maintaining the health and safety of our employees, and others who may be affected by our activities, is our primary concern and will always take preference over any commercial consideration. A zero tolerance policy on safety issues is a prerequisite in order for meptagon’s goals to be achieved. We are committed to immediately eliminating all workplace hazards and reducing the risks to which company employees or another persons are exposed, to a minimum. In order to achieve these objectives and improve the company’s occupational safety and health management system, the company’s employees and their representatives are full consultation partners in all aspects of planning, implementation and performance evaluation.

Quality and service

We view the implementation of the principles of quality management as a key factor in achieving customer satisfaction. We are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers and therefore regularly perform satisfaction surveys to ensure we are in full compliance with their requirements. We strive to constantly improve the quality of the services and products we provide, always mindful of the market’s and our customers’ changing requirements, while complying with the relevant standards, regulations and laws. Meptagon is committed to developing and maintaining control mechanisms to ensure the quality of our services and products and their related activities. The company undertakes to carry out corrective and preventative action in order to improve its ability to detect discrepancies in order to repair them as quickly as possible and prevent their recurrence.

Environmental protection

Meptagon sees the protection and preservation of the environment as a fundamental value and is committed to reducing any negative impact on the environment. We are committed to reducing pollution, using sustainable resources wherever possible and preventing environmental hazards. Environmental considerations are an integral part of the company’s decision-making processes, and are therefore prioritized.

Information security

We are committed to taking appropriate measures to protect the company’s information assets from harm, theft, misuse, abuse or any type of damage in order to ensure its availability, integrity and reliability. Technological developments and ongoing threats to information systems necessitate the company’s management to adapt and act in accordance to the necessary security requirements. The company allows employee access to information on a “need to know” basis, according to their operational needs. Meptagon is committed to enabling business continuity in the event of an incident impairing its ability to provide services to its customers or other stakeholders, and to ensuring its employees are fully aware of all matters related to information security.

Preservation of human dignity and liberty

Preventing mistakes from reoccurring by taking corrective and effective action is the basis of the company’s management system. We maintain continuous and open channels of communication with various parties and stakeholders in order to provide our customers with high quality products and services, fully in accordance with their requirements and to their complete satisfaction.
